Life is busy…

You’ve made it your job to, well, DO YOUR JOB. Maybe have a relationship. Maybe raise a family.

These things take work.

If you haven’t take the time to learn about multifaceted methods of healing, how would you know what to do? That takes a lot of time.

This is where I come in.

I’ve made it my job to learn the best ways to heal, grow, and repair relationships - and now, it’s my job to help others do the same.

I work within the BioPsychoSocial model of healing - basically, that means… Body, Mind/Emotions, and Relationships.

Bodywork requires both active and passive modalities. Internal (i.e. diet) and external (i.e. exercise).

Crappy behaviors like smoking can be replaced with healthy behaviors like pranayama (the yogis’ version of breathwork).

But, we now know that LONELINESS is as much of a predictor of early death as obesity and cigarette-smoking. (Look it up)

I’ve worked with couples for the last 7 years teaching Couples Thai Massage as a way to listen through touch, to ask for what you want with kindness and respect, and to FEEL connected on a profound level with your partner. It’s incredibly transformative work (link to testimonials)

And, I’ve worked with individuals and groups to help “turn that frown upside down” by actually facing and feeling hard feelings… not just by pretending everything is ok. We are much more resilient than we give ourselves credit for! And, by acknowledging our shared experience of this precious and vulnerable life, and by facing the sheer fact of suffering, we are able to transcend that suffering - through connection, through wisdom, and through love.
